Abstract:
Provided are a composition and the uses thereof. Said composition comprises Lactobacillus gasseri and/or a metabolite thereof, as well as Lactobacillus acidophilus and/or a metabolite thereof. Said composition can efficiently treat and prevent inflammation, specifically ulcerative colitis and related diseases thereof by using a combination of Lactobacillus gasseri and Lactobacillus acidophilus, is safe, efficient, exhibits low toxicity and does not easily produce resistance.
