Abstract:
Provided are a composition and the uses thereof. Said composition comprises Megamonas funimormis and/or a metabolite thereof, as well as anaerobic corynebacteria and/or a metabolite thereof. Said composition can efficiently treat and prevent inflammation, specifically ulcerative colitis and related diseases thereof by using a combination of Megamonas funimormis and anaerobic corynebacteria, is safe, efficient, exhibits low toxicity and does not easily produce resistance.
