Abstract:
A compound represented by the general formula (1') or a salt thereof: (1') wherein R represents an aldopyranose residue, R2 represents a hydrocarbon group having 2 to 18 carbon atoms which may have a substituent; R3 represents an acyl group; X represents an oxygen or sulfur atom or -NH-; and p is an integer of 0 to 4. The compound has a specific immunomodulating activity and is effective for the prevention/treatment of an autoimmune disease or the like.
