Abstract:
The present application belongs to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry, and particularly relates to a compound for promoting cell movement, a pharmaceutical composition, and the preparation and the use thereof. The compound provided by the present application is 5-(isobutoxymethyl)quinolin-8-ol or 5-(isobutoxymethyl)quinolin-8-ol hydrochloride. Experiments prove that the compound can promote the movement of NIH/3T3 and also inhibit the movement of a nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell CNE2. Moreover, the compound has good safety, has a significant healing effect on a mouse skin wound, can be applied to the preparation of a drug for promoting wound healing, is especially suitable for a surgical patient with a tumor and diabetes, and can accelerate the wound healing of a patient without causing tumor cell diffusion, thereby having extremely high medicinal potential.
