Abstract:
A uniform-tension rolling method, comprising: a strip foil (5) is forms a wrapping arc on a working roll on an intake side of a roll gap, and front tension is uniformly distributed on the cross section of the wrapping arc on the intake side by means of back supporting of the working roll on the strip foil, so that uniform-tension rolling of the strip foil is achieved. The strip foil forms the wrapping arc on a roll surface of the working roll on an outlet side of the roll gap, so that uniform distribution of back tension on the wrapping arc on the outlet side is achieved, generation of defects such as waves and wrinkles in the initial forming stage of strip foil rolling is eliminated, thereby obtaining better strip shapes, thus achieving the stability of a neutral surface of strip foil, thereby guaranteeing the uniformity of the mechanical properties of the strip foil.
