Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compressed coffee bean block which is compressed, by means of a compressor provided with projections, into a compressed block having an appropriate shape in which the shape of the block is then maintained and the compressed block is then used so as to be extracted as espresso, or dripped or infused in water, without a grinding process by means of a coffee bean grinder so as to eliminate the cause of a reduction in flavor due to carbonization and a burnt taste casued by forced destruction of fibers forming a cell membrane and frictional heat in the process of grinding the roasted coffee beans by means of the grinder, thereby allowing respective individuals to easily enjoy a unique deep and rich flavor of roasted coffee beans.
