Provided in the present disclosure are a compressor and an air conditioner. A compressor (200) comprises: a housing (10); a first rotating shaft (20), which is mounted inside the housing (10); a connecting assembly (30), which is sleeved on the first rotating shaft (20); and a first rotor assembly (40), wherein the first rotor assembly (40) comprises a first rotor (41) and a second rotor (42), which are coaxially arranged on the connecting assembly (30); the connecting assembly (30) can carry the first rotor (41) and the second rotor (42) to rotate around the first rotating shaft (20) together; and the connecting assembly (30) is further configured to limit the relative positions of the first rotor (41) and the second rotor (42), such that a gap is present between the first rotor (41) and the second rotor (42). In the present disclosure, a gap can be maintained between the first rotor and the second rotor without increasing the number of components of the compressor.
