A compressor heating control device comprises: a liquid level detecting sensor 5 that detects the liquid level height inside a compressor 1; a heater 6 that heats the compressor 1 from the exterior; a heater controlling means 30 that controls the heater 6; a current limiting means 31 that drives an inverter circuit 22 and limits the current to a motor 10 of the compressor 1; and a heating controlling means 32 that controls the liquid level height in the compressor 1 by controlling at least one of the heating controlling means 30 and the current limiting means 31 in accordance with the liquid level height while the compressor 1 is stopped as detected by the liquid level detecting sensor 5. The heating controlling means 32 drives the heater 6 by controlling the heater controlling means 30 when the liquid level height detected by the liquid level detecting sensor 5 is within a motor immersion height range in which the compressor 1 motor 10 is immersed in the liquid inside the compressor 1.
