Abstract:
One of the objectives of this invention is to provide an objective and reproducible tool for evaluating the relevance of producing new constructions in a predetermined geographical region of the Earth. To do this, the inventors propose to train a machine-learning model using historic data with a view to predicting a score variation parameter that corresponds to a variation in at least one environmental-pressure score. In practice, the score variation parameter is representative of the environmental impact of a structure to be constructed in at least one predetermined geographical region of the Earth.
