Abstract:
A computer numerical control method and system, which relate to the fields of automatic control and intelligent manufacturing, being used for implementing the control of a desired movement track of a multi-axis system, comprising numerical control (NC) big data manufacturing, NC big data storage structure reconstruction, NC big data file generation, NC big data file sending, and NC big data drive; on the basis of the principle of big data control, NC data manufactured by an NC data manufacturing system undergoes fine processing so as to optimize the same, and the storage structure thereof is reconstructed to optimize a real-time control process. The present invention is a pioneering application of big data in science and engineering.
