Abstract:
Disclosed is a computer-readable recording medium for recording a method for providing recruitment and job search information. The recording medium, according to the present invention, comprises the steps in which: a recruitment/job search server provides a member management interface enabling the inputting of an identifier and password according to any one role among a recruiter, a recommending person and a job seeker; and the recruitment/job search server provides a recruiter interface if a recruiter identifier and password is inputted through the member management interface. Here, the recruiter interface comprises: a screen providing a menu for creating a plurality of departments belonging to a single company; a screen providing a menu for designating a recruiter in charge of human resources who is allowed to create recruitment information for each of the created departments; and a screen on which the recruiter in charge of human resources creates the recruitment information, wherein, after the recruitment information is created, the corresponding department is tagged with the created recruitment information.
