Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for providing recruitment and job search information, and a method therefor. The device, according to the present invention, comprises: a recruitment information database for storing recruitment information; a recommendation information database for storing recommendation information; a job search information database for storing job search information which corresponds to the recruitment information and comprises a resume of a job seeker, a type of industry or work that the job seeker has had experience in or is capable of performing, and a place of employment representing a country and region in which the job seeker can work; a recruitment processing module which, after receiving recruitment information from a recruiter device, stores the received recruitment information in the recruitment information database and chooses a recommending person corresponding to the recruitment information; a recommendation processing module which provides the recruitment information to a recommending-person device of the chosen recommending person; and a job search processing module which, after receiving, from the recommending-person device, job search information of a job seeker that the recommending person is recommending, stores the received job search information in the job search information database, and if the job seeker is judged to be an appropriate candidate as a result of comparing the received job search information and the stored recruitment information, provides the job search information of the job seeker to the recruiter device.
