Abstract:
A concealed grouting and void risk evaluation method for a cement concrete pavement slab edge. The method comprises steps such as determining a grouting region, forming concealed drill holes, grouting and marking the concealed drill holes, plugging the concealed drill holes, obtaining the maximum envelope area of a void region, determining the maximum grouting depth, obtaining an actual grouting amount, obtaining the grouting depth of a unit area, obtaining a void threat index, and evaluating the void risk of the grouting region. The present invention has the following advantages: 1) simple implementation: an existing airport pavement grouting process is innovated, such that the construction quality and the grouting effect can be ensured; 2) strong concealment: holes are drilled at the positions of pavement joints, and the holes are plugged and then covered by using pavement caulking, such that the structural performance of the pavement can be ensured to be complete; and 3) accurate void risk evaluation: using a ground penetrating radar to test the maximum depth and the average grouting depth of iron oxide-containing cement paste is creatively proposed, such that the degree of risk of a slab bottom void can be effectively and quantitatively evaluated.
