Abstract:
Provided are a socket assembly arch rib, arch bridge, manufacturing and construction method, relating to the technical field of bridges, and comprising at least one first body, the first monomer comprising an inner pipe (2) and an outer pipe (1) sleeved outside the inner pipe (2), one end of the inner pipe (2) extends out of the first end of the outer pipe (1) to form a convex part (5), the other end of the inner pipe (2) is located in the outer pipe (1), the outer pipe (1) is filled with concrete, and the concrete forms a concave part (6) for inserting other first body convex parts (5) at the second end of the outer pipe (1); with regard to the problem that the strength of an arch rib is insufficient due to the fact that a concrete unfilled area exists in an existing steel pipe concrete structure arch rib, a convex part (5) and a concave part (6) are formed at the end part of the double-layer steel pipe concrete body, respectively, and the adjacent bodies are connected by means of fitting insertion of the convex part (5) and the concave part (6) such that the filling of the concrete in the steel pipe is facilitated, the filling compaction of the concrete is ensured, the unfilled area is reduced, and the strength of the concrete-filled steel pipe arch rib is ensured.
