Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to lower fringe noise in a concentration measurement device that uses the DLAS technique. A precondition is a concentration measurement cell for use in a concentration measurement device that uses the TDLAS technique. The inner wall of a pipe constituting the measurement cell is polished to a mirror surface, and left-right symmetrical wedge aperture plates are arranged at both ends of the pipe. Outside apertures are provided to the outside surfaces of the aperture plates at both the entry side and the exit side. Further, at least one baffle having a light transmission opening at the location of the optical axis is provided between the entry side and the exit side aperture plates. Laser light exiting from a collimating lens is controlled by the apertures of the aperture plates and the baffle, minimizing the effects of reflection at the pipe inner wall surface.
