Abstract:
A conductive element 11B is provided with: first conductive films 30D and 36; a second conductive film 26 that is connected with the first conductive films 30D and 36; a first insulating film IF1 that covers the first conductive films 30D and 36 and that is arranged on the lower side of the second conductive film 26, said first insulating film IF1 comprising a contact hole CH1 that connects the second conductive film 26 to the first conductive films 30D and 36 as a result of opening such that at least one end surface 30D1 of the first conductive films 30D and 36 is exposed; a second insulating film IF2 that is arranged on the upper side of the second conductive film 26 in a shape that spans the contact hole CH1; and a third conductive film 28 that is arranged on the upper side of the second conductive film 26 with the second insulating film IF2 sandwiched therebetween, said third conductive film 28 comprising a conductive film opening 28B that is shaped so as to include a position that overlaps with the one end surface 30D1 of the first conductive films 30D and 36 in a planar view.
