The present invention provides a conductive member for electrophotography that can be used as a charging member capable of preventing a ghost image by minimizing discharge voids. The conductive member for electrophotography has a conductive support and a conductive layer provided on the support. The conductive layer has a matrix including a first rubber and a plurality of domains scattered in the matrix. The domain includes a second rubber and an electronic conductive agent. With respect to impedances measured by applying an alternating voltage with an amplitude of 1 V to the conductive layer under a specific environment with a frequency varying between 1.0 × 10-2 Hz and 1.0 × 107 Hz, in a log-log plot where the horizontal axis shows frequencies and the vertical axis shows impedances, the inclination of the plots near the high frequencies is between −0.8 and −0.3, inclusive, and the impedances near the low frequencies are 1.0 × 103 to 1.0 × 107 Ω.
