A conductive powder coating material. The conductive powder coating material comprises graphene or graphene oxide and base powder of the powder coating material, wherein the graphene particles or the graphene oxide particles are adhered and compounded to the surfaces of the base powder particles of the powder coating material. Also provided is a conductive coating, which is formed by coating a substrate with the conductive powder coating material and then performing curing molding. This solution achieves excellent electrical conductivity, and thus has high conductive efficiency, low preparation costs, a simple preparation process, and great benefit to mass production, popularization and application.
