Title:
CONDUCTIVE RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR SENSING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/079858
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a conductive rubber composition for sensing, with which it is possible to detect a strain amount of a rubber product with high accuracy without using a sensor. The problem is solved by a conductive rubber composition for sensing, the composition being characterized by comprising a diene-based rubber, carbon black, and an anti-aging agent, wherein the anti-aging agent satisfies expression (i): HeavyAtomCount/MolWt≤5.46×MaxPartialCharge/MolWt+0.071 [In the expression, HeavyAtomCount represents the number of non-hydrogen atoms in the anti-aging agent, MolWt represents the molecular weight of the anti-aging agent, and MaxPartialCharge represents the bias of atoms on the most plus side of the anti-aging agent (value of +δ)].
