A conductive track (100) and a conductive module (400). The conductive track (100) comprises a track body (3); the track body (3) is provided, in the length direction thereof, with two sliding grooves (301) having the same opening direction; isolation supporting members (4) are arranged in the sliding grooves (301); each isolation supporting member (4) comprises a first isolation portion (402) at least partially attached to the bottom surface (3012) of a sliding groove, wherein a first conductive strip (404) is arranged on the opposite side of the side of the first isolation portion (402) attached to the bottom surface (3012) of the sliding groove, and the first conductive strip (404) is electrically isolated from the sliding groove (301); the isolation supporting member (4) further comprises a second isolation portion (401) at least partially attached to the side wall (3011) of the sliding groove, wherein a second conductive strip (403) is arranged on the opposite side of the side of the second isolation portion (401) attached to the side wall (3011) of the sliding groove, and the second conductive strip (403) is electrically isolated from the sliding groove (301).
