Title:
CONFORMAL AND EFFICIENT INTEGRATED METHOD FOR CLEANING ANODE SLUDGE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/272999
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a conformal and efficient integrated method for cleaning anode sludge, comprising the following steps: (1) after electrolysis, anode metal plates attached with anode sludge are hoisted to a cleaning start position, wherein the anode metal plates are classified into an odd group and an even group which are arranged alternately in reverse directions, that is, irregular surfaces of the anode metal plates face a profile cutting edge of a cleaning arm and regular surfaces of the anode metal plates face a conventional cutting edge of the cleaning arm; (2) rinse water pressure P is set to 8 to 12 MPa, forward cutting pressure F to 120 to 150 N, rotation speed of the cutting edges to 60 r/min, the vertical movement speed of the anode metal plate to 1500mm/min; (3) the cleaning device is turned on, the cleaning arm rotates, a machine breaks a dense crust on the surface of the anode sludge by means of rotary cutting, high-pressure water is used during rotary cutting to rinse the broken anode sludge on the surface of the anode, and at the same time the anode metal plates move in a vertical direction until clean, such that odd-group anode plates are cleaned; and (4) reverse cutting pressure F is set to 120 to 150 N such that the cleaning arm cooperates with even-group anode metal plates, and step 3 is repeated to clean the even-group anode plates. High-pressure water rinsing is added on the basis of mechanical rotary cutting so as to form preliminary grooves on the surface of the anode sludge and break the dense, hard and passivated crusts on the surface of the anode sludge, thereby lowering the rinsing pressure of high-pressure water required for cleaning, decreasing the water consumption, and reducing the cleaning cost. A constant-pressure control method ensures contact and clearance compensation, such that the clearance changes along with the size of the anode plates after each electrolysis, thereby preventing the anode metal from being damaged in the cleaning process.
