Abstract:
A connecting rod mechanism for linkage of die bases of a bottle blowing machine. A bottom die base (5) is provided with a wedge-shaped annular groove, and a left die base (3) and a right die base (4) are each provided with a wedge-shaped clamping ring; a rack (2) is provided with a support (10) positioned under the bottom die base (5); the connecting rod mechanism comprises a second shaft (6) disposed on the rack (2), a first swing arm (7) fixedly disposed on the second shaft (6), a first driving mechanism disposed between the second shaft (6) and a die opening and closing base, a cam mechanism for driving the first swing arm (7), a reset spring (11) disposed between the bottom die base (5) and the support (10), a first connecting rod (12) having one end thereof hinged onto the first swing arm (7), a second connecting rod (13) having one end thereof hinged onto the bottom die base (5), and a third connecting rod (14) having one end thereof hinged onto the support (10) and the other end separately hinged to the first connecting rod (12) and the second connecting rod (13); only one of the three connecting rods is broken from the middle and thus forms a connecting mechanism having at least one redundant degree of freedom; the connecting rod having the connecting mechanism has straightened and non-straightened states. The problem that the bottom die base (5) cannot move when the left die base (3) and the right die base (4) start to be opened or is almost closed is solved.
