Abstract:
Provided is a connector assembly S comprising a connector 1, and a connector cover 50 that is fitted around the connector and covers the connector. The connector is provided with a connector main body 4 extending in an axial direction between a base end 2 and a tip end 3, a lever 5 disposed radially outward of the connector main body and extending in the axial direction, an elastically deformable joining portion 6 that integrally joins an intermediate portion of the lever to the connector main body, the joining portion acting as the center of rotation of the lever, an engaging portion 8 that is provided at a tip end 7 of the lever and engages a mating connector 91, and an operating surface 10 that is provided at a base end 9 of the lever and is oriented facing outward in the radial direction in order to rotationally operate the lever. The connector cover is provided with a contact portion 51 that makes contact with the operating surface.
