Abstract:
The present invention prevents resonance without causing a decrease in the design freedom of a circuit board. This connector device comprises: a first circuit board (11) including a first ground circuit (13); a second circuit board (31) which has a second ground circuit (33), and which is disposed so as to face the first circuit board (11); a relay inner conductor (52) serving as a transmission path connecting the first circuit board (11) and the second circuit board (31); a relay outer conductor (54) which encloses the relay inner conductor (52), and which is connected to the first ground circuit (13) and the second ground circuit (33); an alignment member (60) serving as a metal member disposed between the first circuit board (11) and the second circuit board (31); and an electrically conductive path (28) connecting the alignment member (60) to the first ground circuit (13).
