Abstract:

Disclosed is a connector (27) that connects to a circuit substrate (23) and that has an insulating housing (41) mounted to one edge of the circuit substrate. The housing is provided with a conductive contact (42) formed along the housing. The housing has a first and second part (51, 52) on both sides which face each other when mounted to the circuit substrate, and a connection part (54) that connects the first and second part to each other. The contact is isolated from the circuit substrate by the connection part and is exposed in such a manner that the first part is able to make contact with the surface of the circuit substrate.
