Title:
CONNECTOR FOR MEASURING ELECTRIC RESISTANCE, APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MEASURING ELECTRIC RESISTANCE OF CIRCUIT BOARD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2003/093840
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A connector for measuring an electric resistance which attains a required electric connection even if a test circuit board has many large-area, small-sized test electrodes and enables high-precision measurement of a desired electric resistance, and an apparatus and method for measuring an electric resistance of a circuit board. The connector for measuring an electric resistance comprises an insulating substrate, connection electrode pairs, and relay electrodes. The connection electrode pairs provided on the surface of this insulating substrate, consist of core electrodes disposed in a pattern matching the pattern of test electrodes on a test circuit board and ringlike electrodes so disposed as to surround the core electrodes electrically insulated from these core electrodes. The relay electrodes provided on the rear of the insulating substrate and connected to either one of the core electrodes and the ringlike electrodes in the connection electrode pairs.
