Abstract:
Disclosed is a constant pressure automatic vacuum preservation tank with an adjustable negative pressure. The tank comprises an upper cover (101) and a tank body (102), wherein the upper cover (101) is fastened on the top of the tank body (102); the upper cover (101) is provided with a vacuum pump (113), a power supply, a control circuit (114) provided with a vacuum pump load current detection circuit, a negative pressure switch (117), a pressure relief device (115) and a sealing rubber ring (103); the tank body (102) is a storage space; when the upper cover (101) is fastened to the tank body (102), the sealing rubber ring (103) makes the tank body (102) be an airtight space that can be vacuumized; a control circuit (114) drives a vacuum pump (113) to vacuumize same; the vacuum pump (113) stops vacuumizing when the vacuum degree is derived to be at an upper limit of the vacuum degree by means of the vacuum pump load current detection circuit, while the negative pressure switch (117) is activated when detecting the lower limit of the vacuum degree, and the process is repeated in this way, such that the vacuum preservation tank is kept in a vacuum state all the time during the power supply maintaining period of the vacuum tank; the preservation period of food in the vacuum preservation tank is prolonged compared with in the ordinary state so as to satisfy food storage requirements, and the upper cover (101) can be fastened in order to automatically or manually start vacuumizing; the vacuum can be released by means of one key, and is thus easy to use; and the tank body (102) for storing food materials is a single assembly without other accessories, such that the tank body is easy to clean.
