Abstract:
Provided is a construction method for an expanded-head prestressed concrete anchor rod. The anchor rod is formed by pouring and solidifying an anchor rod framework system and prestressed concrete, and the method therefor comprises the specific construction implementation steps of: performing drilling and positioning; drilling to a designed depth, performing jet grouting or mechanical reaming construction and forming a hole, and lowering a pull rod, i.e. a main rib, of the anchor rod and an expanded-head framework or a fixed-diameter anchor head framework; after the pull rod, i.e. the main rib, of the anchor rod, an expanded head and the expanded-head framework are in place, expanding the expanded head to a designed size by means of an expansion mechanism, and then pouring concrete on the expanded head, i.e. an expanded body section and a non-expanded body section being formed to reach a rated strength required by design and specification; by means of the pull rod, i.e. the main rib, in the anchor rod, applying prestress to the main rib by using a device and a method that can apply prestress; and after completion of applying prestress required by design and specification, performing locking, and then removing an apparatus device, which has had prestress applied thereto, that needs to be removed, wherein the whole of the anchor rod is composed of the poured concrete and the anchor rod framework system.
