Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a long-lasting melt-blown polypropylene composite electret material for a mask melt-blown nonwoven fabric and a preparation method for the long-lasting melt-blown polypropylene composite electret material. The long-lasting melt-blown polypropylene composite electret material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene resin, 0.1-10 parts of a fluorosilicone polymer, 0.01-2 parts of an inorganic charge enhancer, 0.1-2 parts of a lubricant, and 0.01-0.3 part of an antioxidant, the fluorosilicone polymer being fluorine-containing polysiloxane taking a silicon-oxygen bond as a main chain and a fluoroalkyl as a side chain. In the long-lasting melt-blown polypropylene composite electret material for the mask melt-blown nonwoven fabric of the present invention, a silicon-oxygen main chain of the fluorosilicone polymer is flexible, thereby facilitating increasing a charge injection depth, and a fluoroalkyl side chain promotes charge trapping, generates dipole directional arrangement at the same time, and can further cover the main chain to impart good hydrophobicity to the fabric surface, so that the material has a good electret effect, and the long-lasting performance of the material is effectively improved. Moreover, the fluorosilicone polymer has a low melting point and is uniformly dispersed, and the melt-blown polypropylene composite electret material is relatively simple to process and form.
