Abstract:
A construction method for a gene library, a gene library constructed according to the method, and a use in the field of pregnant women non-invasive prenatal testing. The construction method for a gene library comprises: co-hatching a biological sample and heparinase to obtain a co-hatching sample comprising the biological sample and the heparinase; and acquiring DNA from the co-hatching sample and performing high-throughput library construction and sequencing, wherein DNA amplification is performed using Taq enzyme in the library construction process.
