Abstract:
A construction operation method and system for outer curtain walls of a high-altitude large-span building corridor. A truss (1) is supported and fitted on rails (19) on two sides by means of bottom locomotion mechanisms (2); winches (9) and cantilevers (4) are arranged on two sides of the top of the truss (1); guide wheel systems (3) for installing hoisting ropes (5) and guide wheel systems (3) for installing transfer ropes (10) are arranged on the cantilevers (4); the transfer ropes (10) are driven by the winches (9); hoisting machines (6) drive, by means of the hoisting ropes (5), a hoisting construction platform (7) to rise to a position in the vicinity of the bottom of a corridor, a longitudinal bottom construction hanging rope (8) is arranged in the vicinity of the bottom of the corridor, and a safety rope is hung on the bottom construction hanging rope (8) for bottom suspended ceiling construction of the corridor; the hoisting machine (6) on a hanging basket (13) drives, by means of the hoisting rope (5), the hanging basket (13) to rise to a side of the corridor, and the safety rope is connected to a side construction hanging rope for side curtain wall construction of the corridor; and construction materials are transferred back and forth between the ground and a construction area by means of the transfer ropes (10) driven by the winch (9) on the side where the construction materials are located. According to the method, integrated construction of bottom suspended ceilings and side curtain walls is achieved, and material transfer and installation construction are achieved by constructors without returning to the ground.
