Abstract:
Disclosed is a construction waste crushing apparatus with a screening function, the apparatus comprising a box body (2), a stone crushing gear (3), a belt pulley conveying mechanism (5), a pedestal (8), support columns (15) and a base (19). Support seats (13) are fixedly mounted at two ends of the bottom of the base (19), four groups of fixing columns (12) are mounted at the top of the base (19), a vibrating table (11) is fixedly mounted on the fixing columns (12) by means of springs (1201), a vibrating machine (17) is fixedly mounted at the central position of the bottom of the vibrating table (11), a collecting hopper (18) is mounted on the vibrating table (11) in a penetrating manner, and an inclined first screen (9) and an inclined second screen (16) are fixedly mounted at the top of the vibrating table (11) by means of connecting rods (1101); the pedestal (8) is mounted on four corners of the top of the base (19) by means of the support columns (15), the box body (2) is fixedly mounted on the top of the pedestal (8), stone crushing walls (14) are mounted on two sides in the box body (2) by means of fixing seats (1402), the tops of the stone crushing walls (14) are movably connected to the box body (2), wall teeth (1401) are uniformly distributed on the inner sides of the stone crushing walls (14), the stone crushing gear (3) is rotationally mounted in the box body (2) and between the stone crushing walls (14), and two groups of meshing gears (4) are rotationally mounted in the box body (2) and below the stone crushing gear (3); and a window (202) is disposed in the central position of the front face of the outside of the box body.
