Description:
"A CONTAINER DEVICE WITH THE STRUCTURE OF A PICTURE- CARD WITH FIGURES , THAT MAY BE TORN FOR TAKING OUT MEANS THAT CAN BE USED IN BATTLE GAMES "

The present invention concerns a container device with the structure of a paper or similar picture- card , with figures, that may be torn during the game phases , for determining the outlet of means, that were container therein, that may be used in battle games .

It is known that the purpose of the different table battle games in use is the one of capturing and eliminating from the game the defensive and offensive elements of the opponent , that may be f igures of dif ferent kind symbolizing f ighters and/or contention operating means , usually of different materials like plastic or other .

All above mentioned figures are not destroyed during the game phases but only eliminated f rom partecipation to the following phases.

It is the aim of the present invention to allow the winning player , in any game phase , to destroy the figure of his opponent by tearing it and gaining

therefrom further advantages for the successive phases.

The aim set forth is reached by means of the device according to the present invention, comprising a paper or similar container having the shape of a small paper and the external structure of a picture- card with figures for identification and location for the application of means that may be used in battle games contained inside said paper, so that when one of the devices belonging to the formation of one player is defeated, the opponent winner may provide for the material distruction of the captured device, tearing the container that will be therefore materially eliminated from the game and, at the same time, for the appropriation of the means contained in said paper which may be now applied as a reinforcement of one's own devices' formation.

The operative advantages, for making the different battle games more functional, are many:

- as the container devices are sealed when they are produced, there may be no knowledge of the means contained to be used in battle games;

- from a psycological point of view, the winner of each fight has the satisfaction of tearing the

opponent picture-card , materially eliminating it from the game; f urthermore , the winner of eac h f ight may reinf orce the the component s of it ' s own formations, gaining the means contained in the torn opponent device , applying the captured means in the corresponding spaces of the containers having the structure of a picture-card at his disposal .

The present invention will be explained more in detail hereinbelow relating to the enclosed drawings in which an embodiment is shown.

Figure 1 shows an axonometric and transparency view of a container device " with the structure of a picture-card with figures .

Figure 2 shows the device according to f igure 1 , partially torn because beaten in one game phase , with an exploded view of the contained means to be used by the winner f or reinforcing his own formation.

The enclosed figues show a container device with the structure of a picture-card with figures, that may

be torn for taking off means that may be used in battle games, consisting of:

- a paper 1 of paper or other material that can be torn, forming the container for means 4;

- a figure 2 of a warrior or any other, printed or shown in any other way onto said paper 1 , that qualifies the picture-card and that may be used in a battle game;

- a series of locations 3 of different shapes and dimensions, for the application of said means 4 for the operative reinforcement of the picture- card, defined by figure 2;

- a series of a plurality of means 4, showing arms or defense structures or advantages, according to the game rules, of paper, thin pasteboard, plastic material or similar, selfsticking or that may be in any way applied in locations 3 in papers 1, initially inserted by realization in said papers 1 and following to the defeat of one determined picture-card during the game, taken off by the winner, after the tearing of said paper, and transferred in the chosen locations 3 of anyone of his picture-cards by sticking, for reinforcing them in the following fights.

For what concerns the distribution of the devices according to the present invention, the papers 1

containing the means 4 will be handed out in a way similar to the conventional picture-cardĪµ , in papers that may be bought separately or inserted , as components of battle games , in the relative boxes.
