Abstract:
The container (110) for holding bread ingredients has a main container body (111) with an opening (111a), a sealing part (113) installed on the main container body (111) to surround the opening (111a), and a plate-shaped part (112a) that contacts the sealing part (113) when it is in a closed position that shuts the opening (111a), and is provided with a container cover (112) that opens the opening (111a) by rotation of the plate-shaped part (112a) from the closed position, and a locking mechanism (118) that holds the container cover (112) in the closed position.
