Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a self-standing container which is capable of having a small capacity without reducing the size of the container itself such that a display space portion for displaying information such as label and print can be secured; and a production method for such a container. [Solution] This container is provided with: an opening part 20 through which the contents can be taken in and out; an inner container body 14 in which a housing part 12 is provided for housing the contents; and an outer container body 28 which is formed on the outer peripheral side of the inner container body 14 so as to enclose the inner container body 14, wherein the inner container body 14 and the outer container body 28 are formed integrally at the opening part 20, and a lateral peripheral wall 22 of the inner container body 14 and a lateral peripheral wall 32 of the outer container body 28 are configured to form a two-ply lamination part 36 in the portion of the lateral peripheral wall 22 of the inner container body 14, and an extended foot part 34 is provided and formed in such a way that a lower end 32a of the lateral peripheral wall 32 of the outer container body 28 extends so as to be situated below the bottom 26 of the inner container body 14.
