The present invention relates to a container puff comprising: a cap member coupled to a container main body having an inlet; and a mounting member connected to the cap member to block the inlet, and in which sub-contents are located, wherein the cap member comprises: an upper part; a first blocking membrane extending downward from the upper part; and a second blocking membrane spaced outward from the first blocking membrane and extending downward from the upper part, and the mounting member comprises: a mounting part in which the sub-contents are located; a first flat portion connected to the mounting part and on which the first blocking membrane is located; a second flat portion connected to the first flat portion and on which the second blocking membrane is located; and a plurality of through-holes located between a plurality of pillar portions located outside the second flat portion, and blocked by the first blocking membrane and the second blocking membrane.
