Abstract:
Provided is a container transfer device with which, when a container is positioned in an exchange area, the container can be exchanged easily, and when the container is positioned in a sampling area, the container is secured in such a way as to be prevented from escaping upward, thereby making it possible for unintentional lifting of the container to be reliably prevented. A container transfer device 5A is provided with: a rotating table 31 on which a container 200 containing a sample is placed, and which moves the container 200 between an exchange area (K) and a sampling area (S); a holding body 32 which holds the container 200 that has been placed on the rotating table 31, in such a way that the container 200 can be pulled out upwards; and a movable body 33 which secures the container 200 in the sampling area (S) in such a way as to be prevented from escaping upward.
