Abstract:
The issue is to provide a contaminated water treatment device that can efficiently separate oil from the contaminated water and allow the water to flow downstream, even when a large volume of contaminated water flows into the reservoir at one time.
The contaminated water treatment device (1) is provided with a container (2) that comprises an inlet (3) where contaminated water is introduced from outside, a reservoir (23) inside of which is stored the contaminated water introduced from the inlet (3), and an outlet (4) that discharges the contaminated water stored in the reservoir (23). Oil is separated from the contaminated water in the reservoir (23), the oil is stored in the reservoir (23), and the contaminated water that has been treated is discharged from the outlet (4). An oil-water separating filter (19) formed from a porous polyvinyl acetal material that has continuous micropores is provided at least on the downstream side of the reservoir (23).
