Abstract:
The present invention distributes content according to a movement means, after evaluating the movement means more accurately. A content distribution server 30 is characterized by being provided with: a storage unit 32 which stores a plurality of pieces of content related to a facility; an acquisition unit 311 which acquires, from an in-vehicle navigation device 10 of the vehicle, any one or both of starting information on a vehicle 60 and location information on the vehicle 60, as information for determination; and a content distribution unit 312 which distributes content stored in the storage unit to a mobile terminal 20, wherein the content distribution unit 312 determines, on the basis of the information for determination acquired by the acquisition unit 311, whether a user can visit the facility by the vehicle 60, and determines, on the basis of the determination result, which content in the plurality of pieces of content stored in the storage unit 32 is distributed to the mobile terminal 20.
