Abstract:
An image coding/decoding method and device are provided. Disclosed is an image decoding method comprising the steps of: acquiring a bitstream including a predetermined syntax element; performing, on the predetermined syntax element, at least one from among a determination of a context model, a probability update and a determination of a probability interval; and arithmetically decoding the predetermined syntax element on the basis of the performance results.
