Abstract:
Provided is a method for continuous molding of a continuum with which work before a restart can be reduced. A continuum (2) is molded by bringing a resin, discharged from a discharge port (14a), into contact with a cooling member (12) driven in a first direction (12f) and cooling the resin, and the molded continuum (2) is supplied to a post step line. The post step line and the driving of the cooling member (12) and the discharge of the resin are stopped so that the trailing end (2a) side of the continuum (2) remains on the driving-stopped cooling member (12). Subsequently, a cooling roll (12) is driven in a second direction (12r) and then the driving is stopped so as to move the trailing end (2a) of the continuum (2) further in a second direction (12r) than a contact start position (13) at which the discharged resin starts contacting the cooling member (12). Subsequently, the post step line is restarted, the driving of the cooling member (12) in the first direction (12f) and the resin discharge are restarted, and the resin directly after restarting the discharge is connected to the trailing end (2a) side of the continuum (2).
