Abstract:
A continuous production apparatus for polyimide fibers, comprising an apparatus body. Support columns are aligned and mounted on the top surface of the apparatus body, and a transverse plate is provided between two support columns. The surface of the transverse plate is provided with a sliding rail, and a sliding block is slidably connected inside the sliding rail. By setting a cooperative use of the transverse plate, the sliding rail, the sliding block, a mounting plate, and a mounting groove, the present utility model can facilitate adjusting the number of bearing rods on the surface of the transverse plate. When a collection specification of the polyimide fibers is small, the number of bearing rods can be increased. Upon increasing, an operating person snaps the mounting plate to the surface of the transverse plate by means of the mounting groove, and then the sliding block and the sliding rail are slidably connected, thereby completing the increase of the bearing rods. When a winding specification of the polyimide fibers is large, the number of bearing rods can be reduced. Upon reduction, the operating person moves the mounting plate to the inside of the mounting groove of the surface of the transverse plate by means of the movement of the mounting plate, such that the sliding block is separated from the sliding rail, and then the mounting plate can be taken out by means of the mounting groove.
