Abstract:
A heat pipe heat exchanger for producing and processing pyromellitic dianhydride, comprising a heat exchanger housing; a first water distribution pipe, a second water distribution pipe and a third water distribution pipe which are disposed at the bottom of a cold water tank; a heat exchange assembly which is disposed in the heat exchanger housing; and a cleaning assembly which is disposed on one side at the top of the heat exchanger housing. The heat exchange assembly comprises a first heat exchange pipe, a second heat exchange pipe and a third heat exchange pipe. The third heat exchange pipe is rotatably connected to the third water distribution pipe via a third bearing.
A driven belt wheel is sleeved on an upper portion of the first heat exchange pipe, and is connected to a first double-row belt wheel via a synchronous belt. The first double-row belt wheel is sleeved on an upper part of the second heat exchange pipe. A second double-row belt wheel is disposed on an upper part of the third heat exchange pipe. The second double-row belt wheel is connected to a driving belt wheel via the synchronous belt. The driving belt wheel is sleeved on a driving shaft. One end of the driving shaft is connected to an output shaft of a first motor. The present utility model can achieve uniform heat exchange and cooling of gaseous pyromellitic dianhydride, facilitates the cleaning of condensed pyromellitic dianhydride, and has a good cleaning effect.
