Abstract:
The present invention relates to a continuous pulp preparation method using red algae, the method comprising: an extraction step for supplying red algae, an acidic aqueous solution and steam to a continuous extraction device; a separation step for separating gel and residue of the red algae that has undergone the extraction step; a primary bleaching step for bleaching the residue obtained in the separation step by supplying same and steam to a primary bleaching device; a secondary bleaching step for bleaching the residue that has undergone the primary bleaching step by supplying same and steam to a secondary bleaching device; and a step for dehydrating and drying the residue that has undergone the secondary bleaching step by supplying same to a drying device. The preparation method of the present invention may enable the effective removal of calcium carbonate while using a small amount of an acidic solution, and may enable preparing pulp by a continuous process, and thus is suitable for the mass production of pulp using red algae.
