Provided is a control apparatus comprising a control device at another location in a power supply system, a communication unit configured to communicate prior to the supply of electrical power, and a control unit configured to control circuit breakers disposed in a converter and in a power supply network on the basis of a power supply path determined so as to lock the power supply path for a fixed time and not to intersect with any other power supply path while supplying power.
