Abstract:
This control device for a hydrogen production facility is for controlling operation of a hydrogen production facility including at least one water electrolysis device, and comprises: a necessary hydrogen flow rate acquisition unit configured to acquire a necessary hydrogen flow rate which is a hydrogen generation amount required for the water electrolysis device; a conversion unit configured to convert the necessary hydrogen flow rate into a current necessary for the water electrolysis device to generate hydrogen of the necessary hydrogen flow rate to acquire a temporary necessary current; and a first correction unit configured to correct the temporary necessary current by using a first correction factor based on a difference between the necessary hydrogen flow rate and an actual hydrogen flow rate which is an actual hydrogen generation amount in the water electrolysis device, to acquire a current command value to be provided to the water electrolysis device.
