Abstract:
A control device according to one embodiment of the present invention controls an imaging device provided with: a variable optical low pass filter; and an imaging element which generates image data from incident light which has passed through the variable optical low pass filter. The control device is provided with a first derivation unit and a second derivation unit. The first derivation unit derives resolution deterioration amounts and false colour generation amounts on the basis of a plurality of pieces of image data generated by the imaging element as a result of driving the imaging element while changing the effect of the variable optical low pass filter. The second derivation unit derives set values for the variable optical low pass filter on the basis of the resolution deterioration amounts and the false colour generation amounts derived by the first derivation unit.
