Abstract:
This additive manufacturing system control device for controlling at least one of an output of a heat source, and a scanning speed of the heat source and a material feed speed of a feed material, on the basis of molten pool state measurement information, which is a value obtained by measuring a state of a molten pool, comprises a machining condition output unit, a heat source output adding unit, a molten pool state error calculating unit, and a speed adjusting unit. The machining condition output unit outputs values of the output of the heat source, the scanning speed of the heat source, and the material feed speed to the additive manufacturing system. If a molten pool state error, which is a difference between molten pool state target information and the molten pool state measurement information, is less than a prescribed threshold and the value of the output of the heat source from the machining condition output unit is less than a maximum output of the heat source, the heat source output adding unit outputs a value of the output of the heat source after addition, obtained by adding an addition amount to the output of the heat source, to the machining condition output unit. The molten pool state error calculating unit calculates the molten pool state error from an image. The speed adjusting unit adjusts the scanning speed of the heat source and the material feed speed on the basis of the molten pool state error.
