A control device for controlling a vehicle is equipped with: an input unit into which an image in which another vehicle or the driver of another vehicle appears is input; and a control unit for outputting a signal that is used in controlling the vehicle and generated on the basis of the danger associated with the other vehicle as assessed on the basis of the image.
