Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a functional element holding unit (120) that holds a plurality of functional elements (i) and reserve functional elements (iB) that correspond to each of the plurality of functional elements (i) and are capable of executing the same control as each functional element (i); an error detection unit (111) that detects errors caused by security attacks that have come via a communications network; a processing-target specification unit that, when an error has been detected, specifies among the functional elements (i) the functional element (i) in which the error was detected and a related functional element that is related to the error, as processing targets; and a functional element switching unit (116) that switches the control functions of the functional elements (i) specified as processing targets, to reserve functional elements (iB) that correspond to each and causes execution of same. The processing-target specification unit is configured so as to extract a functional element (i) that has been determined as having an operation state that is similar to the functional element (i) in which the error was detected, as a related functional element.
